Payments/Fees

We send our invoices via email.  You must be sure your contact information is up to date.  You have the option to pay online, in our Rhythm Wear store during its business hours or by leaving a check or cash in one of our tuition boxes.  We accept all methods of payment.  You may also mail payment, provided it will be received by the due date.  Checks should be made payable to “Dance Express of Tolland, LLC.”  Please note the invoice # when making payment.  All payments are due on or before the due dates to avoid a $20 late fee.  THERE ARE NO GRACE PERIODS.  There is a $35 fee for any returned checks.  Please see our payment schedules for reference.  The is a $20 Registration Fee charged per child (not per class) and is due before the first class begins.  Recital tickets will not be sold to families with outstanding balances.

2020-2021 Recital Costume Prices and Venue Fees

 COSTUME/VENUE FEES ARE DUE IN FULL BY OCTOBER 15

Costumes will not be distributed until paid.  There are no refunds after the purchase has been made.  Venue fees are $25/dancer to cover the cost of building rental for recital rehearsals and performances.  Students will be measured during the month of October, and 2-3 inches will be added for growth.  The costume fees are as follows:

Please Note: IF YOU DECIDE TO WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASS, A $25 PROCESSING FEE WILL BE TAKEN OFF YOUR REFUND CHECK.  YOU MUST  SUBMIT WITHDRAWALS IN WRITING TO THE OFFICE.
