To Register for our 2021-2022 Auditions or Prep Camps you MUST:

  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. Print the completed form out and bring it to the studio on the day of tryouts or or save the PDF file to your computer and email it to danceexpress5678@yahoo.com.  Prep camp registration forms and payment due at least one week prior.
